Sir/Madam,

Some issues in our locality keep coming back — for example, waterlogging, garbage dumping, or broken street lights. One-time fixes are not enough. We need long-term solutions that address the cause and are maintained over time.

We respectfully represent to the concerned local/State authority:
(1) To identify the top three recurrent issues in our area (based on grievance data and local feedback) and prepare a long-term plan for each, with budget and timeline.
(2) To assign clear responsibility for maintenance and monitoring so that the same issue does not recur without accountability.
(3) To involve citizens in reviewing progress (e.g. through ward committee or gram sabha) at least once a year.
