Problem (in simple words): In our area, we face repeated delays in essential services — such as water supply, power supply, or public transport. When we complain, we get temporary fixes but the same problems return. We need lasting solutions and better planning.
What we ask: We appeal to the concerned local/State authority to:
- Investigate the root cause of repeated service delays in our area and publish a short summary of findings.
- Prepare and publish an action plan with timelines to prevent recurrence, and share progress with residents (e.g. through ward/gram sabha or a simple notice).
- Set up a dedicated channel (e.g. helpline or portal) for reporting recurring service failures so that patterns can be tracked and addressed.
We request that this appeal be placed before the appropriate authority for consideration.
