Problem (in simple words): Many citizens find it hard to access government services — because of language, lack of internet, distance from offices, or unclear procedures. We need practical measures so that every citizen can reach the right office and get a fair response.
What we ask: We petition the concerned authority to:
- Ensure that key information (e.g. how to lodge a grievance, how to apply for a scheme) is available in simple language and in regional languages where possible.
- Provide offline options where possible — for example, help desks at block/ward level, or acceptance of written applications at designated centres.
- Train frontline staff to guide citizens on the correct process and to acknowledge applications with a receipt and reference number.
We request that this petition be considered and a response be provided.
