Problem (in simple words): Many public systems — such as grievance redress, ration distribution, or document delivery — exist but do not work well in practice. Citizens face long waits, unclear processes, and lack of information. We request a review of these systems so they can be improved.
What we ask: We request the concerned Central/State authority to:
- Conduct a periodic review (e.g. once a year) of key public-facing systems, with inputs from citizens (e.g. through surveys, grievance data, or public meetings).
- Publish a simple report on what is working, what is not, and what steps will be taken to improve.
- Simplify processes where possible — for example, fewer forms, clearer instructions, and a single window or portal for related services.
We submit this request in a spirit of cooperation and request a response.
