Sir/Madam,

When local civic facilities — such as parks, community halls, or drainage — are not delivered or maintained, we often do not know which department or officer is responsible. This makes it hard to raise issues and get a proper response.

We appeal to the concerned local/Civic Authority to: (1) Make public the names and contact details of officers responsible for key civic facilities in each ward/zone. (2) Ensure that grievance portals clearly show which department handles which type of issue. (3) Publish simple quarterly reports on completion and maintenance of local civic facilities.

We request that this appeal be placed before the appropriate authority for consideration.
