8. Voluntary contributions

DearSarkar may allow users to make voluntary financial contributions to support platform maintenance, development, and operational expenses.

Such contributions:

  • Do not create any partnership, ownership, or financial rights.
  • Do not guarantee specific platform outcomes.
  • Are not charitable donations eligible for tax benefits unless explicitly stated otherwise.

DearSarkar reserves the right to use contributions for operational, technical, administrative, or platform-related purposes at its discretion.

9. No public fundraising representation

DearSarkar operates as a civic-tech platform. Unless explicitly stated, the platform does not represent itself as a registered charitable trust, NGO, or government-affiliated entity.

Users shall not interpret platform support payments as donations toward public relief, disaster funds, or government schemes.

10. Payment processing

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). DearSarkar does not store full payment card details.

Users agree to comply with the terms of the respective payment provider.
